What to Include
To help us respond efficiently:
- For article questions: include a link to the article you’re referring to.
- For corrections: tell us what you believe is wrong and, if possible, a source for the correct information.
- For topic suggestions: describe what you’d like to see covered and what specific question you want answered.
- For contributor inquiries: tell us about your relevant experience and the topic you’d like to write about.
What We Won’t Help With
We are not a customer service line for any product manufacturer, including products we have reviewed. If you need warranty service, replacement parts, or installation help for a specific product, contact the manufacturer or seller directly. We can sometimes point you in the right direction, but we don’t have inside access to manufacturer support channels.
